The goal is to provide you with information and help you make informed decisions. Knowing and visualizing what to expect and what you can do will minimize your fears and make you more confident to go through the labour and birth.

You'll also learn techniques to help you relax and cope with labour.

The postpartum class provides additional and essential informations to get the full picture of parenthood. Birth is not the "end" but THE BEGINNING of this amazing and unprecedented parent-to-be journey.

Classes are particularly recommended for first time parents, but because every pregnancy is different, everyone is welcome to attend.
